Formed in 1978 and originally known as CLANN Limited, the not-for-profit company held its 25th Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2003. UNILINC was established for the benefit of member institutions with a responsibility for education and for the purpose of supporting library needs through the provision of services to facilitate resource sharing.
